Retention Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a sharp analytical mind and a marketing talent to join our team. The retention marketing manager will create, optimize  and manage automated marketing campaigns and communication with the Arborknot customers in order to maximize defined outcomes and KPI’s.

As a retention marketing manager at Arborknot you will join our growing team and will be responsible for all aspects of our user campaigns, from ideation of content through executing and optimizing their performance.

*We’re working in hybrid mode, from home and the office 🙂

Responsibilities:

  • Developing multi-channel retention strategies to increase user lifecycle, revenue growth, and engagement.
  • Initiating and managing engagement, retention, and email campaigns from A to Z: planning, execution, analysis and optimization of both one-time and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, content, design and deliverability.
  • Analyzing monitoring, and optimizing key performance metrics.
  • Conduct frequent analysis of competitor programs looking for insights around targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing
  • Communicate campaign performance to stakeholders and build a clear roadmap for the future
  • Perform data research and analysis to uncover insights that support our marketing strategy
  • Work closely and coordinate with all departments within the organization worldwide, including international regional teams

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a retention marketing manager / lifecycles / CRM / monetization / automation.
  • English – Native
  • Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing complex user journeys to meet business goals
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing to escalate when necessary
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environments with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Statistics or related analytical fields)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL- advantage
  • Experience in HTML – advantage
