JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and critical thinking Senior Data Analyst to join our expanding Data team in Tel Aviv. This role will sit within the Portfolio Evaluation team and is at the core of our business.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by leveraging data to drive decision-making, enhance our acquisition strategies, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply creative problem-solving skills, and drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive analysis of assets and EDA
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business and research hypotheses.
Enhance data processes, identify gaps, and streamline data collection.
Collaborate with the data science team to refine pricing models based on your findings.
Communicate and present recommendations and issues to stakeholders and executives.
Gain in depth knowledge of the business from portfolio acquisition to recovery performance
Contribute to market expertise, introduce innovative ideas, and enhance practices.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

3+ years of proven experience as a data analyst, analyzing data, trends, performing root cause analysis, and driving business decisions with data-driven strategies.
Curious & critical thinking mindset is key to success in this role.
2+ years of experience in Python, especially data related libraries.
3+ years of experience in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of complex functions and data manipulation.
Working experience in Tableau, including measurement and experimentation.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken).
Asset and portfolio management experience is an advantage.
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Selflearner, self sufficient proactive problem solver, able to work independently.
Academic degree in a quantitative field – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent experience.
