India Banks is based out of our Sydney office and has a background spanning law, risk, people operations and early-stage venture building. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and is a qualified NSW lawyer, alongside formal training in change and project management
India has built her career across global financial institutions including Macquarie Group and Morgan Stanley, where she led large-scale change, risk, and talent initiatives across investment banking and treasury functions.
Most recently, she has played a key role in scaling business operations at an early stage technology company.
