Michal is a CFA with over 20 years of international business expertise in the financial services and tech industries, specializing in data & analytics management and financial modeling.
Michal’s global financial market career commenced at Wellington Management LLC (Boston) where she spent 8 years building multi-asset and risk management models for the Asset Allocation group. Following which, as a Senior Director of Data Analytics, she formed and managed a global data analytics risk group for Manulife John Hancock. After moving back to Israel in 2019 Michal took on the role of Chief Data Officer at one of Israel’s largest Insurance companies (Migdal) and built the Strategic Data Analytics group.
Earlier in her career, Michal served positionsthe Emory University Endowment, Vertex Venture Capital and Deloitte in Israel.
Michal earned her BBA magna cum laude from The College of Management in Israel and her MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University in Georgia. Michal holds both a Certified Public Account (CPA) (Israel) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
