Stefaniya Marek joined ArborKnot in July 2023 as a Performance Manager. She brings expertise in distressed asset management across consumer credit and SMEs globally. With over 5 years in the field, she is focused on shaping strategic initiatives and enhancing performance metrics.
Previously, Stefaniya worked at Multitude SE, where she played a key role, overseeing operations and performance across 20 jurisdictions, and the panel of 40+ debt collection agencies. She previously worked as an Accountant at Volvo.
Stefaniya’s educational background includes a Master’s in Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics in Poland and a Bachelor’s from the International Business School ICN in France. Fluent in five languages—English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and French—her diverse expertise and cultural fluency bolster ArborKnot’s global expansion efforts.
